No way their defense and entire squad gave everyone a hard time while having current best players on the planet . I genuinely couldn’t believe it, because I don’t know Argentina are bad or Cape Verde are so good that they make other teams look average . This match going to extra time is the last thing I expected, honestly Cape Verde showed the world what playing with your soul for the badge could do and where it can take you. Today, we almost witnessed arguably the biggest upset in world cup history. Cape Verde defend but they defend to do something, and when they attack, they sting where it hurts most which is even more impressive, I am still shocked. The only things that was expected and it happened it is that Argentina won at the end, but they needed to give 200% to win. So happy for Messi, yet so sad for Cape Verde, their passion and unexpected performance will truly be missed and forever remembered. Cape Verde were the secret sauce to this tournament, they were the team that showed big nation’s weaknesses, they were the reason that big nations changed a lot of things. The emotions during this match were all over the place, it was something special and cannot be described what so ever, only people watched the game will ever understand. Cape Verde, welcome to history and you can leave with your heads up.. 🇦🇷🇨🇻

One of the most entertaining matches I've watched in a while, besides Flickball ofcourse. City with crossbar hits after crossbar hits. PSG with their clinical finishes. Haaland stepping up for City at least. The momentum of this match was all over the places. PSG is just too strong during UCL nights. Their center back duo, Pacho and Marquinhos, is almost unbreakable. What a performance of Pacho especially. Also the City defense and Semenyo, what was up with you guys tonight... I don't even want to mention Ferran but I have to. Shameful shameful. I swear this guy always gets chances from a golden spoon just to waste it eventually. Listen here Flick, I don't want any of this close games stuff, especially what was on display in the first half. That's something other useless teams can do when they're not shivering thinking about their upcoming game against Barcelona. What I want is domination.
