England2 - 3SpainGreat game but Spain proves why they’re the WC champions Gordon was really good Baena came on and changed the game for Spain, did more than Nico in 3 minutes. Rodri defensive contributions are amazing, very solid. Anderson,really good as well. England’s defense is shaky, they have to work on it. Pedri came on and did well, Spain looked more dominant and confident with the ball.

Enjoyable game with a couple of controversies but it was still great. pretty sad with Havertz and Brobbey’s injuries. Germany were a bit bolder in the first half but switched to a defensive setup in the second half and relied on counters. Adeyemi could’ve made better choices when the ball got to him, a pretty mid game from him. Netherlands dominated the whole game, played well but were not clinical enough until the last minute with a great cameo from Van Bommel and that assist, wow. Summerville can cover both flanks and is pretty good defensively as well, i hope he comes back to Europe soon. Dumfries was very good as well, Madrid isn’t usihim at his best. There’s still more work to be done by Klopp with his team and on the other hand, Netherlands looks good already with Xavi especially the defense.

Gordon needs to improve his finishing and the goals will be flowing, he always finds himself in good spaces. Pedri way too passive sometimes. idk why we didn’t at least keep Cortés knowing Christensen gets injured frequently(again)… Livaković was solid. this game shows that we need to handle high pressured games in a better way especially for the UCL.

Como plays such a good style of football which distinguishes them from the rest of the Serie A and they’ve shown it in the UCL as well. Watching them play is amazing, they clearly were one level above Leipzig. Baturina,Diao and Nico Paz are amazing talents. Dovbikas is also a solid striker and yet he’s not talked about enough. I’m excited to see what they offer next.

Liverpool2 - 1Atletico MadridEntertaining game from both teams. It looked a bit more balanced in the first half but i feel like Atleti struggled in the second half and got dominated. Ngumoha did well in his natural position finally, and I’m also happy for Macca and his amazing goal. Jacquet looks really solid and smart with the ball, and i also think Araujo had a great performance as a RB. Alvarez wasn’t bad either, did some good stuff and lastly, Llorente still owns Anfield.

Raphinha,i have no words. may he stays free from injuries this season. i also love how Flick is managing the player’s minutes well now, we have a long season ahead but we have really started confidently and this is good. hopefully we keep the same energy in big games.

Inter were unlucky to concede those two goals in the first half especially the second one they completely dominated the second half despite some chances from Madrid but they gotta improve their finishing and again, Madrid’s style of play is not convincing idk if they’d survive against a more serious team. Jude was great, Diouf as well and Josep Martinez redeemed himself after that mistake. failed hatewatch but we move.

Betis1 - 0Real Madridsuccessful hatewatch the game wasn’t the most entertaining but had some interesting moments. can’t wait to see betis in the ucl, they have a good squad and on the other hand, i can’t recall the last time i was this less worried about a madrid side, mbappe still show signs of not being a proper 9, the midfield kinda sluggish as well but vini can still make things work. also gutted for Espi’s disallowed goal, he’s a player i really like. can’t underestimate madrid 100% yet, so maybe they could get better throughout the season but for now it’s not looking like anything special.

Napoli1 - 2Comoonly watched the second half where como seemed to suffer a lot. they didn’t create many occasions and seemed to be focusing more on defensive duties. napoli unlucky at times, shame that the equalizer was offside(lucca good cameo from the bench) and de bruyne’s still got it even tho he looks lost in that team.
