West Ham6 - 0Wrexham
A HAMMERING for Wrexham tonight. Didn't offer anything at all and were ultimately annihilated because of it. Impressive from West Ham, I don't see them finishing outside of the top 2 this season. "Bowen = Black Hole" @taha

Venezia2 - 4Fiorentina
When Venezia took the lead, I was thinking "here we go again Fiorentina", but the absolute dedication, quality and leadership for a young Franco Mastantuono to step up and drag Fiorentina by the scruff of their neck, out of the trenches.... I have to applaud. He's been getting a lot of abuse online, which I personally disagree with and think is unfair. It's not his fault Xabi Alonso threw him into the deep end so quickly. He just needed a little more time and experience to develop, which Fiorentina definitely is the place for that. A rough start for them, however, performances like this can help Fiorentina keep climbing up the table. Bravo Franco 👏

To all the Mastantuono haters for no reason: COME THE FUCK OUTSIIIIIIIDEEEEEE HAHHAHAHAHHA Thank god we decided to show up today, definitely looked better overall though still poor defensively. Vanoli effect is real i guess. Mastantuono getting a hattrick is great, but besides that he had 4 key passes, created one big chance, had 8 shots, and 3/4 successful dribbles. Just an incredible performance from him. But theres still lots to improve, hopefully Vanoli can bring us back on track like last year. But much happier with today’s performance than i was with any of Grosso his performances.

Como4 - 1RB Leipzig
Wow, I've watched Como a lot, but this is one of the best performances I've seen from them. I was going to say "Fabregas has them cooking", but that is an understatement. Yes, they have a plethora of resources at hand which does give them a massive advantage. But you have to make it count in order to work, you have to play good football, which is exactly what Cesc Fabregas has them doing. It will be interesting to see how they fare against teams like Manchester United, Barcelona and PSG. I hope Fabregas keeps that attacking, never give up mentality because it just works so well for them. Not a lot to say about Leipzig, they were very poor and didn't play with enough intensity or awareness. They still had chances, but squandered most of them. 4-1 was quite deserved on the night, so many levels between the quality of performances from both teams. Como - excellent. Leipzig - underwhelming. MOTM goes to Nico Paz for his 2 assists and control of the game. Although, he definitely should've had a goal to go with that.

LENS WE WON, A WIN FOR THE PEOPLE, FOR THE CULTURE AND FOR ME!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE COMEBACK IN THE LAST COUPLE MINUTES IM SO HAPPY

Como4 - 1RB Leipzig
Wouldve been the best game of the day if it wasnt for that crazy ending to the Slavia game lmao. But Como, annoyingly so, does play really beautiful football, Baturina is an incredible player as well as Nico Paz. Leipzig was uhhh, well, bad. They havent looked good this season but today is their worst performance yet. Barely any of the players look even slightly decent. Not that i care, may the red byll teams be forever unsuccessful.

Como
Fenerbahçe1 - 1Roma
Was expecting a scrappy game and it's exactly what we got. Second half Roma lost control with the Fenerbahçe fans getting on their players backs, an immediate response with Archie Brown cooly chipping over Svilar for the equaliser. Fener tried to push for a second, but it wasn't to be. Roma tried late on, but it wasn't enough. Fair result in the end. Malen getting another goal contribution makes me miss him even more, but he wasn't happy playing as a proper winger, so the move was best for him overall.

Fenerbahçe

They just murder Roma, right here in Utah

Roma
Fenerbahçe1 - 1Roma
Pretty boring match, But I think the worst part of the match other than a rapist being on the pitch was how shocking that referee was.
PSV Eindhoven1 - 1Shakhtar Donetsk
Pretty bad game but also shocking refereeing. 10 yellows including Arda Turan, all fair but only +2 injury time which was then all spent with a single free kick and then the game just ended. But Shakhtar did well, found their way around the pressing machine that is PSV by just playing from different zones causing PSV to get more out of position. Disappointing PSV didnt win though, those coefficients were needed.
Chicago Fire1 - 1Inter Miami
We'll always remember where we were for the unction match. (No we won't)

Arsenal
Napoli0 - 1Arsenal
I think the result was set before the match even kicked off. A traditional 0-1 to the Arsenal, a class Martin Ødegaard strike to get all 3 points for the Gunners. Professionalism is very much an understatement for how Mikel Arteta dealt with this game. Patience paid off in the end after Allegri allowing Arsenal to have the ball, hoping his low block wouldn't be exposed, but it ultimately was. The goalscorer was the man of the night, dictating play and putting in a proper captain's performance. Napoli had a good structure, but if you don't threaten at one end, you're going to suffer at the other. Hojlund getting barely any service for chances, then deciding to bring on a lackluster Lorenzo Lucca was very questionable from Massimiliano Allegri. I think the foundation of the performance was in the right direction overall, but the execution was once again not enough. A loss against the champions of England is no embarrassment though, they'll still be kicking themselves that it didn't go according to plan. MOTM as I mentioned, Martin Ødegaard. Back to back great performances, showing his worth as captain.

Barcelona
Real Madrid2 - 1Inter
Both teams were not good at all, mistakes and sloppy play all round. Disappointed that Inter couldn't get an equaliser but it was far from deserved with the chances squandered in all honesty. I thought the Madristas booing Vini was unfair, it's not going to help his confidence whatsoever.

Club Brugge KV2 - 3Aston VillaUCL is back! What a great start to the season! Villa started the first half very strong with 1-3 up. Great goals from McGinn, Buendia and Jackson. The last goal comes with a big error from Sommer that lead Villa lead comfortably. He didn't have a great first half and a match to forget for him. During the second half, Brugge were very strong in their attack. Unfortunetaly they couldn't convert their chances because what a great goalkeeping performance did Suzuki put on! Man of the match for me!

Club Brugge KV2 - 3Aston VillaBarkley and Maatsen doing the “so bad I’m good challenge” while I complete the “watching Villa for 180 minutes in a week and try not to die” challenge. Not sure what’s worse, Troy Deeney on comms or Emery’s usage of his bench.

Club Brugge KV2 - 3Aston VillaZion suzuki, you have changed my life completely

Club Brugge KV2 - 3Aston VillaI'm not gay but I want to live in a log cabin in the woods with Zion Suzuki. We won't ever have sex, but there will be a simmering erotic undercurrent as I stand in the kitchen window watching him tighten his ass as he chops wood, shirtless, sweat pouring off his body. I'll run upstairs and masturbate, the entire time forcing myself to think of women while my thoughts drift back to Zion Suzuki. I won't be able to climax and I'll eventually go back downstairs, angry. Sometimes we will look across the table and catch each other's eyes, and in that second, anything is possible, but we both deny ourselves and go back to what we were doing. One day one of us will die, and the other will bury him outside the log cabin. Then he'll go inside, pen a brief missive to his departed friend, and commit suicide, never able to deal with life without his one true platonic love.

UNBEATEN (in the league) STREAK IS STILL ON 💙💛 the match was so exciting to be in person for, the vibes were so on tonight. first half very frustrating but the second half so so satisfying. the kid scored! 😁 also got to see alexis sanchez’s first start with montreal so a lot of people there to support him too! playoffs still might be in the cards right… 😵💫
