As an Egyptian, I feel incredibly sad watching Mohamed Salah's last match. I can't believe it. He's my legend and my number one hero. I can't imagine the English Premier League without him. I feel so proud that he's Egyptian I feel proud to have witnessed his entire career. The best player in the history of the English league, not just Liverpool. Last season he single-handedly brought the league title to Liverpool. He doesn't deserve what you're doing, Slot I wish Salah all the best at his next club and I will be one of his biggest fans❤️❤️❤️

Salah was and will always remain the primary inspiration for all Egyptians. We all grew up believing that nothing is impossible and that Egyptians are capable of becoming the best in their field. Thank you, Salah, for making us feel a sense of belonging and pride. You will always be the best❤️

Paes is actually the goat, well, hes shit at everything but the goat at saving penalties. Gonna get myself drunk on Utrecht tears now with their fucking safety concerns, bunch of edgy manchildren wearing all black. Edit: hilarious how much police is needed for those away fans, makes you wonder why they were allowed anyway after initially not being allowed. Police could actually be doing some useful shit instead of holding back coked up alcoholics

Dani Carvajal’s final match for Los Blancos. He represents a point of Real Madrid’s football legacy in which despite bouts against MCI, I thoroughly enjoyed truth be told. 4 UCL titles in 5 years is an unbelievable achievement and with Dani’s departure that squad is all gone. Proper Madridismo and he walks off the pitch with his children in hand! Storybook endings all throughout this season Last two years have been less than stellar by typical Madrid standards buuuut they’re Real Madrid so idk I don’t think a down period will last much longer. Next seasons headlines from this camp will likely be CINEMAAA. Also Dani Ceballos played… I think he was the mole… 100% it was a Dani however imo from the outside

Une belle finale et une victoire amplement méritée pour Lens qui clôture sa belle saison de la meilleure des manières! Leur première coupe de France 🏆 Hâte de voir Lens en ligue des champions l’année prochaine ☝🏼

Having studied law as a subject, consider my opinion on the match and the concept of justice and equity within football in the context of khusanov’s penalty shouts. (Obviously, great goal by Semenyo) Now, shoulder pushes are normally not considered fouls unless they alter the natural path of the player or is followed by more (harsh) contact. Both of khusanov’s tackles fit this proviso. Now, say what you want about the game being physical and contact being encouraged, but as many people will point out, that would’ve been called as a foul at any other part of the pitch. Indeed, a yellow card was shown to Enzo quite harshly for what was a similarly harsh but ‘successful’ challenge. Establishing this and the fact that it’s not stonewall and a debate, what I want to say is that this result in the end is *fair* based on the overall play of the two teams. See Bayern v PSG semi-final; contentious decision but PSG locked down Bayern. City undeniably controlled this game. Feel free to engage.

I’m blind! I’m deaf! I wanna be a ref! Come on everyone with me now! No VAR check is ridiculous. All in all, the first hour wasn’t bad, shouldn’t have conceded a silly penalty.

Fairly balanced game all in all barring Jarrad Gillet being absolutely dogshite yet again The Danso and now Tel mistakes show this is a team only finding rhythm now, rather than at the start of the season Pathetic how little Frank prepared them and sapped their confidence
