Underwhelming. Spain's first half was a disaster with players feeling disconnected and not up to their usual level. The speed was shit again. Truly don't understand what all those crosses were for. Got lucky with a goal but thank god Alex is a hater at heart and we have Pedri. Once the game opened up a little, Uruguay went out to play extremely dirty, more so than in the first half. Ref sucked. But what concerned me more was still the lack of coherency. Especially between the forwards, it felt like they were playing in 3 separate games. Cucu and Llorente were nonexistent. I am not convinced by this performance on the collective and the individual level too as well as the tactical work of the training staff. Oyarzabal and Rodri need to seriously rethink what they are doing. Dani has to start. Preventable injury crisis on the left with not much hope for width needed for Lamine in the knockout stages. Pau Cubarsi is the best CB in the world at 19.
